Wallaroo Caravans manufactures and fabricates all aspects of the caravan within our purpose-built workshop to maintain the quality and consistency our customers expect. We pride ourselves in listening to existing and prospective customers on what they want in a caravan, which enables us to consistently improve our product and offer the ultimate in comfort and reliability. You can choose from one of our many layouts and modify to your personal taste or bring us your own design and we will work with you to achieve the caravan of your dreams.
We also offer the option of aluminium frame construction or full fibre glass composite body construction which has greater thermal properties, weight reduction and outstanding impact resistance.
The panel consists of a 25mm extruded polysterene (XPS) core with a 1.6mm fibreglass skin on both sides, making for a very strong monocoque structure. Utilizing the latest in composite technology we also use a very lightweight polyfloor which is a one-piece floor panel, this means no joins in the floor structure and is stronger and lighter than the more commonly used ply wood.
